José Ignacio gallardo
Industrial Engineer by the ETSIIT de Bilbao. He has developed his entire career in the venture capital industry, specifically in Talde for 20 years. He has played responsibilities in all functions, from deal flow generation, evaluation and proposal to the committee, negotiating legal participation in councils, general management of participating and divestments. He has done research for identifying target companies and worked in various sectors. He has been elected as a member of the evaluating committee of IK4 (alliance of technology centers)

Alfonso Urién Luzón
MSc. Industrial Engineering with intensification in Mechanics by ETSIIT of Bilbao and MBA IESE 2006. He began his career within the aviation sector to occupy different positions in project management at Rolls-Royce plc (Derby, United Kingdom) and Industria de Turbopropulsores SA (ITP), and formed part of a new business unit for technical consultancy clients. At IDOM Consulting, consultant worked in the area of strategy consultancy, in projects like the Steel Sector Restructuring in Bulgaria. After graduating as MBA he moved to Wales (UK) where he restructured the purchasing department of the former ASW, bought by the Celsa Group, and started designing the possibility of horizontal integration into new business opportunities. From there, he moved to the south of Spain in order to launch a new venture in the nautical sector from which he joined Cuantics, innovation consultancy, as a partner. In September 2007 Alfonso joined Entrinnova at its earliest stage, where develops and applies its entrepreneurial qualities, analytical, commercial and technical expertise in sectors like software, ICT and innovation.

Bachelor in Business Administration by the University of Deusto. Manuel has an extensive experience in industry, financial services and high-level consultancy. He is fluent in English and French.
After a period as Chief Executive of Economic induces, Manuel joined the group Abengoa as Regional Director of the North Area. From there he moved to Banco Industrial Bank of Catalonia-CATALAN as Director of OP of Bilbao, being promoted to Regional Director in 1983.
In 1990 he joined ROLAND BERGER Management Consulting as Director of the Office of Bilbao, developing and directing major projects in consulting. In 1998 he rose to GRUPOIBV as Director of the Division of Economic Development SOCINTEC, equally devoted to strategic consulting.
In 2004 he joined ROBERT ALLEN-HORTON (head-hunting) as Managing Partner.
