Using knowledge to reach a new culture Opera

The challenge for companies in the 21st Century is to provide a FIVE STAR SERVICE maintaining long-term productivity. ENTRINNOVA is based in a New Operating Culture: use the in house talent and knowledge to innovate and achieve long-term advantage. The implementation of this new Operating Culture needs three levels of action. First, problem-solving today improve efficiency. PhD in Philosophy and Literature by the University of Navarra and Master's in Education by the University of Harvard. Has an extended experience of over 15 years in senior positions both in government and in national and international companies, has developed her professional career in the U.S. México and Spain. She joined the IESEen1990, and currently is one of the Professors from the Operations Management at IESE Business School. Her latest publications: "Making good think and do better: continuous improvement and knowledge management" McGraw-Hill 2003. "Driven Problem Management" Palgrave 2004, "Opera and Operations: As managing operations in the twenty-first century" Pearson and 2007 " The new Operational Culture: the case of the Theatre Industry PalgraveUK 2008.
