The investment process in the forum and on the ENTRINNOVA Network is as follows:

1-Receiption of the projects: Entrepreneurs must submit a package containing the following information: company profile, executive summary, business plan, CV entrepreneur team and data confidentiality agreement.

2-First Filter: the direction of the Network verify that the documentation provided by entrepreneurs conforms to the requirements and redirects projects to the committee. Once a month, the ENTRINNOVA committee meets to consider the received projects.

3-Second Filter: The committee, composed of professionals and investors from ENTRINNOVA Network selects the most appropriate projects.

4-Circulation through the network: The selected projects are circulating among members of the Network, which analyze their potential, comment and show interest or rejection by them.

The best rated entrepreneurs are invited to present their projects in the Forums investment.

5-Introduction to the Forum: The selected entrepreneurs make a presentation on their business and the proposed investment in 15 minutes and reply to questions raised by investors in 15 other minutes.

6-Following the presentation of the projects at the forum, investors provide their comments on the projects for entrepreneurs. Likewise, investors are those with an interest in investing individually or in group projects. ENTRINNOVA is not involved in the negotiations.

7-ENTRINNOVA offers the posibility to circulate projects in another networks nationally and internationally, both to projects not approved for submission to the Forum as those presented to the Forum, but ultimately are not invested.
